Kit (ConvertKit)
kit.comDesign Analysis
Kit.com's public-facing page is entirely obscured by a bot-detection interstitial at the time of evaluation, preventing any meaningful UX or design analysis. The only identifiable branding is the meta description labeling it 'The creator marketing platform,' suggesting a focus on creator-economy tools. The design experience, information architecture, and visual identity remain completely unassessable under these conditions.
More Productivity SaaS
Linear
What works: The four-section feature narrative (Intake, Planning, AI, Build) uses realistic, detailed UI mockups that show actual workflows rather than abstract illustrations, making capability claims tangible for the target engineering and product audience. The social proof placement with named individuals and their titles from credible companies (OpenAI, Ramp) appears just before the closing CTA, reinforcing conversion intent at the right moment. What to improve: The primary hero area on both viewports lacks a direct call-to-action button above the fold. The 'Sign up' link lives only in the navigation bar, so visitors who scroll past it to consume the feature sections encounter no repeated CTA until the very bottom of the page. This is a significant gap for a page with this much content depth. Try this: Add a paired 'Get started free' and 'See a demo' button group directly beneath the hero subheadline, mirroring the closing CTA block. This pattern is appropriate whenever the primary conversion action competes with a long scroll of product evidence, as it captures intent from visitors who are already convinced without forcing them to reach the footer.
Notion
The hardest story to tell in SaaS - workspace, wiki, database, AI - and Notion tells it with one scroll. The legible feature grid is the antidote to the everything-app trap.
